Any booking implies the client\u2019s full and complete acceptance of these T&amp;Cs.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 3 \u2013 Services<\/h2>\n   <p>The services offered include snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and other nature activities led by a guide. Activities are private and adapted for small groups. The client agrees to follow the guide\u2019s instructions and to be in good health compatible with the reserved activities.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 4 \u2013 Participation Conditions<\/h2>\n   <p>Participation in activities offered by Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique requires :<br>\n- Physical fitness appropriate for the activity,\n- Proper cold-weather clothing (not provided),\n- Compliance with safety instructions given by the guide,<br>\n- No medical contraindications, musculoskeletal disorders, or ongoing pregnancy,<br>\nCompliance with specific criteria: for snowmobiling, <strong>under 1.40\u202fm (4\u20197\u201d)<\/strong> sont install\u00e9s dans un tra\u00eeneau tract\u00e9 par le guide, un permis de conduire valide dans le pays de r\u00e9sidence devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, la consommation d&rsquo;alcool est strictement interdite. Pour l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 chiens de tra\u00eeneau le poids maximum par tra\u00eeneau est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>the maximum weight per sled is limited to 160\u202fkg.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 5 \u2013 Booking<\/h2>\n  <p>Bookings can be made via the website, the Fareharbor booking platform, by email, or via the contact form. The company reserves the right to refuse a booking for safety or availability reasons.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 6 \u2013 Pricing and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n  <p>Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT. They cover the guide\u2019s services, necessary activity equipment, and any services specifically mentioned in the description.<br>\n<p>Payment is required in full at the time of booking.<br>\n<p>Not included: personal insurance, transport to the departure location, and any service not explicitly mentioned.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 7 \u2013 Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>\n  <p><strong>Cancellation by the client :<\/strong>\nAny cancellation by the client, for any reason, does not entitle them to a refund from Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique. As a purely commercial gesture and without obligation, the company may offer a rescheduling or activity change if circumstances and scheduling allow. This option remains at Talvenmaa\u2019s sole discretion. Clients are responsible for purchasing travel\/cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events (illness, accident, transport, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation by the company (excluding extreme weather conditions) :<\/strong>\nTalvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique peut \u00eatre amen\u00e9e \u00e0 annuler une activit\u00e9 pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (pluie verglacante avec risque de blessure des chiens, insuffisance de neige dans des p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;enneigement habituelles), ou de grands froids (temp\u00e9ratures < \u00e0 -25 degr\u00e9s en pr\u00e9sence d'enfants, < \u00e0 -30 degr\u00e9s pour toute activit\u00e9 en hiver, > +20 degr\u00e9s pour les cani-rando en \u00e9t\u00e9). Dans ce cas, un report sera propos\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9, une activit\u00e9 de remplacement pourra aussi \u00eatre propos\u00e9e.\nSi aucun report n\u2019est possible, le client pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un remboursement partiel correspondant \u00e0 70 % des sommes vers\u00e9es (30 % \u00e9tant retenus au titre des frais de gestion et de r\u00e9servation). En cas d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de remplacement, aucune compensation financi\u00e8re ne pourra \u00eatre demand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 8 \u2013 Extreme Weather Conditions<\/h2>\n   <p>En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles et impr\u00e9visibles relevant de la force majeure (catastrophe climatique, blizzard, temp\u00eate emp\u00eachant toute sortie, pand\u00e9mie etc), Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique proposera en priorit\u00e9 un report ou un changement d\u2019activit\u00e9. Si cela n\u2019est pas possible, aucun remboursement ne pourra \u00eatre exig\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Article 9 \u2013 Responsibilities<\/h2>\n   <p>The company is responsible for the proper execution of the activity within its scope. It cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from the client\u2019s failure to follow safety instructions, reckless behavior, or a health condition incompatible with the activity.<\/p>\n\n   <p>The client agrees to follow the guide\u2019s instructions, wear the provided safety equipment, and refrain from consuming alcohol or prohibited substances before and during the activity.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Article 9 bis \u2013 Material Damage and Deductible<\/h2>\n<p>Les motoneiges utilis\u00e9es par Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique sont assur\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation finlandaise. \nEn cas de dommage caus\u00e9 sur le v\u00e9hicule, le client sera tenu responsable, et devra payer les r\u00e9parations. \nLa somme maximale pouvant \u00eatre demand\u00e9e au client pour la r\u00e9paration des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts est de <strong>1000 \u20ac<\/strong> par motoneige et par incident.\nTalvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019exiger une pr\u00e9-autorisation bancaire ou une caution avant le d\u00e9part de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n <h2>Article 10 \u2013 Insurance<\/h2>\n  <p>Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique has professional liability insurance. Clients must be covered by personal travel insurance including outdoor activity coverage.<\/p>\n\n <h2>Article 11 \u2013 Image Rights\n  <p>During activities, photos and videos may be taken by Talvenmaa \u2013 Voyage en terre nordique. These images may be used for communication and promotional purposes (website, social media, commercial materials), unless the client expressly objects. Clients have the right to refuse the use of their image by notifying us in writing before the activity starts. No commercial use of clients\u2019 images will be made without specific authorization.<\/p>\n\n <h2>Article 12 \u2013 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n  <p> These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
