Posio is a small, authentic village in Finnish Lapland, nestled in the heart of the boreal forests and surrounded by more than a thousand lakes. Located between Rovaniemi (1h45 drive), and Kuusamo (45 minutes away), Posio lies at the center of stunning national parks such as Riisitunturi and Oulanka, and is close to the Ruka ski resort.
Talvenmaa, the starting point of our activities, is located 30 km north of Posio.
